Program Details
The Penn State Smeal Master of Supply Chain Management is a full-time, residential program designed for current undergraduate students with little to no work experience who are looking to pursue accelerated early leadership roles in the field of supply chain.
- Program Structure: Begin the program in August to earn your master's in 9 months at Penn State's University Park campus. Our program follows a full-time format, providing an immersive learning experience that maximizes your exposure to industry-relevant knowledge and practices.
- STEM-Designated: The Master of Supply Chain Management program is STEM-designated, which reflects the emphasis we place on incorporating technology, analytics, and quantitative methods into supply chain management practices. This designation enhances your career prospects by demonstrating your proficiency in the growing field of data-driven supply chain analysis. The designation also allows international graduates on F-1 visas to work in the United States for an additional 24 months via the extended Optional Practical Training (OPT), totaling 36 months.

Stacking* Smeal Credentials
Smeal allows for more flexible, personalized education with the ability to stack degrees. Supply Chain master's students may use eligible credits from their degree toward a sequential master’s degree. Courses will be waived only after the student has applied and been accepted into the secondary program. Supply chain students can stack with the following Smeal master’s programs:
